OUR PROGRAMS OFFER EXCEPTIONAL SUPPORT

SPONSOR AN ELITE-ATHLETE ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Diaspora community can share in the Pan American Games, CAC Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championship and Olympic Games journey of individuals by providing an elite-athlete the resources needed to be competitive at the highest level.  Sponsors may select the athlete they wish to sponsor by their event or based on the athlete's future promise.  Specifically, your contribution will help cover the expenses directly associated with the athlete's preparation to represent Team Jamaica in national and international competition. 

ELITE-ATHLETE FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The Jamaica Diaspora Track and Field Foundation (JDTFF) support elite-level athletes as they strive to achieve their goals and dreams of competing on the domestic and international stages, including the Pan American Games, CAC Games, Commonwealth Games, World Championship, Olympic Games, and other Team Jamaica competition.  The Foundation provides direct and indirect support to athletes who meet its financial and grant assistance application criteria, including income thresholds and performance standards and expectations.  

YOUTH CLUB GRANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The JDTFF believe supporting and providing youth athletes the opportunities to compete in the sport of track and field a top priority.  We encourage youth track clubs and programs from all areas of Jamaica to apply for financial assistance.  We will also provide support to qualified individual youth athletes in the Diaspora community whose preference is to represent Jamaica.  The JDTFF will support and advocate for youth athletes far and wide.

COLLEGE AND UNIVERSITY GRANT ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

The JDTFF recognizes that many Jamaican high school athletes depend on obtaining track and field scholarships to further their education and to continue to pursue their track and field dreams.  To this end, we will help support and advocate for these athletes in hopes of providing them with the financial assistance they need to pursue their education and track and field pursuits.  High school athletes who meet the requirements for athletic scholarships may also qualify for grant funding and are encouraged to apply.  Assistance is available for both domestic and overseas colleges and universities.
